I just finished this wonderful book!
It’s not about time management, it’s about obligation elimination. #ItDoesntHaveToBeCrazyAtWork https://t.co/hAcGxeQVJK

There is SO much we can learn from the way Jason and David make and evaluate their decisions!
This shift in focus towards small, calm and sustainable helped me articulate what I’ve been searching for over the last 5 years.
Being patient with ourselves and others is highly underestimated as a way to be more self-reliant, think strategically & avoid knee-jerk reactions.
This book is also a timely and important reminder that it’s up to us to practice patience.
This is part of a collection I called “Under 300” (words, that is). I’m using it to collect the ideas that help me improve my critical thinking and keep them from getting buried on social media and other places.
You can find the entire collection here.
