I’ve found that if I want to do my best work, I have to work with the best people.
Finding people who are willing to challenge you, to give you articulate and specific feedback, and to ask you difficult questions is one of the main drivers for growth, in my opinion.
This is part of a collection I called “Under 300” (words, that is). I’m using it to collect the ideas that help me improve my critical thinking and keep them from getting buried on social media and other places.
